Boston - Cape Ann Seashore

Join instructor Steve Dunwell for an Advanced Photo Workshop in Boston. Spend the day at the scenic seashore of Cape Anne. This area includes Gloucester Harbor and the Annisquam Lighthouse. The day will begin with a lesson on shooting on location in various lighting conditions. Steve will provide tricks and tips to achieving the most picturesque compositions and well lit exposures. Shoot landscape, wild life, portraits, and nautical themed photographs. Finish the day with a critique of everyone's work, a lesson on post capture manipulation in Photoshop as well as general work flow and file handling.

Boston - Zoo

Join DPA instructor Frank Siteman for an Advanced Workshop at the Boston Zoo on Saturday July 11th from 9am to 6pm. You will start off the day with a lesson on shooting with both natural and artificial light on location at the zoo. Get professional tips on shooting animals, using various types of lens and other photo accessories. Explore the zoo, shooting along side a professional photographer receiving advice and critique in real time. At the end of the day Frank will go over post capture work flow as well as some Photoshop editing.

Boston - Travel Photography

Traveling this summer? Learn How to make your vacation photos look like they are from the pages of a Travel Magazine! Join DPA instructor Kathy Tarantola on an Advanced shoot "Travel and Location Photography" on Saturday June 13th 9am - 6pm. You will meet at the Griffin Museum Center, spend an hour or two reviewing, then hit the road for Boston and Cambridge to get great vantage points for shooting. Kathy will discuss angles, choice of lenses, filters, tripods, time of day, and even cover a bit of portraits on location, including fill lighting.

Join instructor Steve Dunwell at his Studio Saturday May 9th from 9am - 6pm for a day of Spring Time shooting in Boston.
